First article inspection at the beginning of every operation, in-process inspection throughout every run, and final inspection before shipping ensures that our customers receive high quality parts every time. Our measuring equipment includes height master, dial indicators, Vernier calipers, Micrometers. CMM machine within range from the workplace and soon in house too.
IN House Quality Standards
Inprocess Inspection : Quality Engineers and Inspectors to check the manufacturing Process.
Final Inspection : Proper Inspection Reports Prior to Packaging.
