Our staff is experienced in all areas of quality control and understand mathematical integration, gauge reading, print identifying and tolerances, CNC control and programming and on site safety.

Gauri Components continuously invests in high tech inspection equipment. We are committed to meeting and exceeding precision CNC machining and other machining standards for ultimate part accuracy and customer satisfaction.
We continuously strive to increase our expertise in precision machining and make incremental improvements in our quality system to ensure premier quality and service to our customers.
First article inspection at the beginning of every operation, in-process inspection throughout every run, and final inspection before shipping ensures that our customers receive high quality parts every time. Our measuring equipment includes height master, dial indicators, Vernier calipers, Micrometers. CMM machine within range from the workplace and soon in house too.
